Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, untampered, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at help@hairtobeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Customers are responsible for any shipping fees for returns. We recommend using a traceable delivery method as we cannot issue any refunds without proof of delivery. If the shipping label is on the product packaging and not on another outer box or envelope, the return will be refused or incur a significant restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact us immediately at help@hairtobeauty.com with a photo of product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for malfunctions or manufacturer defects for any products and recommend contacting the manufacturer for replacements, repairs or warranties.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders), accessories (such as earrings, rings, bracelets, etc.), hair care (such as chemical products) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for wigs made from the companies Iris and Chade. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, sale items or gift cards.

Return to Sender Packages (Refused / Undeliverable Address)
All Return to Sender packages will be notified via email that we have received their package. If the customer wishes for the package to be reshipped, an additional payment for the shipping cost is required. If there is no response from the customer within a week, it will be treated as a return and incur a 10% restocking.

Refunds

All refunds can only be processed through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancelled orders
All orders that are cancelled for any reason will be notified via email when the order has been cancelled and a refund has been processed.

Partially shipped orders
Any orders that are partially shipped will have a note stating that we were missing a product. All partially shipped orders will be refunded within 1-2 business days after shipment.

If you are missing an item and there was no partially shipped note, contact us at help@hairtobeauty.com.

Returned orders
Depending on the condition of the return, there will be a minimum of 30% restocking fee. Any shipping fee, at the time of checkout if any, will not be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This process can take 2-5 business days upon the arrival of our facility.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded minus any restocking fee.
