Return Policy

1. General Return Policy

These are's ("Hair to Beauty," "us" or "we") Return Policy and apply only to those merchandise that customers purchase from us.

Customer must request a RMA code within three(3) business days of when the the package was received and must have a postage date on the returning package within a 10 Days of when it was delivered.

Items NOT ELIGIBLE for Returns / Exchange:

  • Chemical Products
  • Make-Up / Nail Polish
  • All Fashion Accessories
  • All Fashion Apparel
  • Wigs from the following companies:
    • Chade
    • Iris
    • Junee
    • Motown Tress
    • Vanessa wigs
  • Products under the following categories
    • Buy 1 Get 1 Free
    • Clearance
    • Wigs Under $15
  • Special order products (Including but not limited to Bulk orders)

All products returned must have the following:

  • All original packaging (box packaging, inside packaging which includes but is not limited to: tags, tissues, manuals, accessories)
  • Original condition (unwashed, unworn, physically undamaged including packaging)
  • Residue free and odor free

If the returned product is are not as stated above, we have the right to refuse the returned product and send the item back to the customer at the customer's expense or be subject to a higher restocking fee.

A refund or store credit will be issued once your products have been received and processed. If a refund is requested, we will only issue a refund to the original method of payment and no other method.

All shipping costs for a return are the customer's responsibility. It is recommended that all returns are shipped back in corrugated boxes to prevent damage to the packaging or product during transit. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking service, for we are not responsible for lost packages. We are unable to refund, exchange or give store credit without proof of delivery.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please see 'Restocking Fee' for more details

2. Requesting RMA Code

Do not return any product until you have been approved to return.

Customers must request for a Return Authorization within three(3) business days of when the package was delivered. All return requests must be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason. We will review your request and email you a RMA number and return address if approved.

If we receive any package without a RMA number, we have the right to refuse the package.

Returns must have a postage stamp on the package within the week of the delivery date, or it will not be accepted.

3. International / APO / FPO / DPO Return Policy
(All countries, excluding USA Mainland)

For the international orders, the customer has four(4) business days from the delivery date to request an RMA. All other General Return Policies applies.

4. Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 20% ~ 80% restocking fee. All wigs and half wigs that are curly or wavy will have a restocking fee starting at 30%. The restocking fee is determined by the condition of your return item. reserves the right to establish a restocking fee after inspecting your return items. The restocking fee is non-negotiable.

  • Original Condition: 20% restocking fee
  • Damaged Package (30% up to 50%): Bent/ Crushed/ Wrinkled/ Twisted/ Torn off/ Cut
  • Damaged Product (40% up to "Not Returnable")
    • 40% to 80% - Brushed/ Fingered / Tangled, Loosen Curl/ Worn/ Odor (Perfume, Hair Spray, Smoke, etc.)
    • Not Returnable: Altered/ Chemical Product Applied (Glue, Dye, etc.)/ Torn Off/ Excessively worn/Smell
  • Missing Materials (30% up to 40%): Outer Box/ Tag/ Label/ Tissue Paper/ String/ Holder/ Hairnet
  • Etc. (30% up to 70%): Products may be deemed defective due to unlisted reasons

If more than two of the above reasons apply to your return item's condition, the restocking fee will be determined by the reason with the highest percentage. The percentages will not combined.
