We offer a promotional shipping rate of $5.99 Flat Rate shipping on any orders and Free Shipping on any orders over $59.99.
Unlike other companies, we have majority of our stock in house and ship out over 95% of our orders on the same day (see Same Day Shipping).
Same Day Shipping
Orders must be completed before 3PM CST during weekdays to be eligible for same day shipping. Some general merchandise and chemical products are stored at a separate location, which may cause a slightly delay in the shipment of your order. Please allow those orders 2-5 business days for it to be completely processed.
The following are two other reasons your order may not be fulfilled the same day:
Attention: Same day shipping does not imply same day delivery. Same day shipping if all requirements are met, signifies an order will be shipped the same day. We do not have any courier that will deliver to customers on the same day.
Promotional Rates: Flat Rate Shipping/Free Shipping (if applicable)
Our $5.99 Flat Rate Shipping offer is valid on any order. Our Free shipping offer is valid for any order $59.99 and over. These promotional rates are only available for the 48 contiguous US States. This excludes orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO, HI, AK, VI, PR, Canada and other International orders. No coupon code is required to redeem the Flat Rate Shipping offer, the Flat Rate Shipping option will be available during checkout. Some specified promotional items/sales are not applicable.
These offers are only for standard ground shipping and can take 2-10 business days, subject to your location. If an expedited shipping method is selected (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Priority Express, etc), shipping and handling charges will apply.
Hair to Beauty has the right to choose the shipping method if one of the Promotional Rates are selected. This can be any of the following, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Surepost or UPS Ground.
Under the circumstance a P.O. Box is provided and we determine the shipping method is UPS Ground, there will be a delay of shipment until the customer is contacted and a physical address can be acquired. To prevent any delay, provide both P.O. Box and physical address in the shipping information area at the time of checkout.

Pick up orders
Pick up is available for those customers that would collect their order at our Pick-up location:

Pick up orders will usually be ready in 24 hours. An email notification will be sent to customers when their order is ready for pick up. Customers may pick up their order at the location provided above Monday through Friday from 9:00AM - 4:00PM CST (excluding holidays). If orders are not picked up within two weeks of the email notification, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping / Delivery
Orders placed during the Weekend or Holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Any shipment through UPS including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Expedited, Express, etc., delivers Monday through Friday only. They will not be delivered on weekends.
Any shipment through USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. There are no delivery services on Sundays.
Return to Sender Packages (Refused/Undeliverable Address)
Reshipment for any Return to Sender packages will need additional payment for the shipping cost.
Unclaimed Return to Sender packages will be treated as return and acquire a 10% restocking. Any shipping cost charged at the time of checkout is nonrefundable.
Received a damaged, defective or wrong product?
Notify us through email within 5 business days of delivery date with a photo displaying the evidence of the claim. We'll get that resolved for you ASAP.
If the customer does not resides within the US mainland, we may or may not send out a replacement product. If we do not send out a replacement item, we will either issue a refund.

For domestic delivery, we offer USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express.

P.O. Box
Shipping to the P.O. Box is available by USPS only. If you choose UPS as the courier, your shipping method will be changed to USPS or UPS Surepost.
APO, FPO, All Military Installations
For the customers in stationed in a military base, fill out the shipping address as followed:
Country: USA
State: AA or AE or AP
City: APO or FPO or DPO
Input State as the following:
AA for Armed Forces in Americas
AE for Armed Forces Europe
AP for Armed Forces Pacific
Input City as the following:
APO for Army Post Office
FPO for Fleet Post Office
DPO for Diplomatic Post Office
Other than this, delivery will be delayed and additional charges may apply.
Express shipping and UPS is not available for P.O. Box Or Military Address. If you select an expedited shipping or a UPS shipping method for a P.O. Box or Military Address, it will be changed to USPS Priority Mail.
Air Shipping Restrictions
Due to the restrictions by DOT (Department Of Transportation), HazMat (Hazardous Materials) are unable to be shipped the following to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Military Installations, and other US Territories. US DOT prohibits Air-Shipment of following items which could contribute to an on-board fire or other mishap:
Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray or shaving cream.
Products that contain flammable volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as nail polish, nail polish remover.
We try all the best to deliver the order to the customer as fast as possible, but please understand we must follow the federal regulations and restrictions.
International customers are urged to use PayPal as their payment method.
International customers, please be advised! If you see "Rates Unavailable. We will contact you." in your shipping method when checking out, we will send you an email with instructions and a separate PayPal invoice for the shipping cost that will need to be paid before the order can be ship.
Duty, Tax and Custom Fees
International customers are liable for any tax, duty, and fees such as but not limited to customs and brokerage fee. The government where the customer lives in may charge those fees and courier service may collect them at the point of delivery.

If you are to refuse your package due to tax, duty, other fees or any other issues, the customer is responsible for the return fee of the package to Hair to Beauty. This fee may vary from $17 - $100.
USPS
For the international delivery, we have USPS Priority International and USPS Express International. After the parcel has left USA, the local postal service carry the package to the final destination.
USPS Priority International may take six(6) to ten(10) business days or more, the days vary based on the destination.
USPS Express International may take three(3) to five(5) business days or more, the days vary based on the destination.

UPS Standard is only available to Canada and Mexico.
UPS Expedited estimate days are like these but may vary at times:

UPS Saver takes usually one less day than UPS Expedited.
Does your tracking number say your package was delivered but you didn't receive it?
Please check your premises and with all your household members and neighbors to confirm that your package was not intercepted by someone else. Once you're sure you or anyone else did not receive your package, email us with your order number, tracking number and confirmation that you did not receive your package. We will start your claim and resolve the issue for you ASAP!
