I later found out that it was a computer problem and the company was unable to reach out to me. Once the problem was fixed, Hair to Beauty reached out to me and shipped the unit back to me. I was anxious to get it because it was sold out; I got one of the last ones in Color 2. It was delivered and I am happy with it. These bun & bangs come with silky straight bangs & a coarse hair bun. I always press the bun hair with my curling iron to straighten the bun it, so that it matches the bang. After that it's beautiful. My 1st 1 years ago, wasn't like that. But, for some reason they are like that now. Someone got lazy.
