This is a horrible wig

I want to say first that the customer service is excellent! This store delivers and I have no problem with them.
The wig I'm less than satisfied with. To me it doesn't look like the picture. It's much fuller and the curls are dry and unruly. The more I tried to fix this problem, the bigger the wig became. I got frustrated and threw it in the closet. The construction of the wig and the concept is amazing but I just can't do anything with it due to the texture.
