Received the wrong wig

I placed an ordered for 2 mommy -1 wigs. I received 2 mommy part wigs. I have tried reaching out to the company. NO LUCK!! I’m still waiting to hear back from PayPal. A claim was filed.

The pic shows my invoice MOMMY -1 wig. I even noticed that they tried changing the description on the website. look closely above.. next to the picture it says MOMMY l Remy Human Hair Wig. They took away the Number -1. WOW!!! Unbelievable!!!!
