It states 3 different lengths

Yet what I was sent is only one length of 30". I contacted customer service 5 days ago regarding this issue yet I never heard back anything about it either. I would like to upload a picture of what I was sent but I am not seeing any way to do so. Be warned........you very well may not get: "Includes 3 different curl lengths for the ultimate natural look!" & then ignored by customer service like me. I think I will use the rest of my points here & relocate all of my business to another supplier

Loove!

Love! Get frizzy really fast & since I got Cherrywine it shows alot. In a natural color this wouldn't be a problem at all. They probably would look even better after a few days.

Hair, Delivery and Service Poor

I will NEVER purchase from this place. They are corrupt with there delivery practices and there customer service is extremely poor- never again. Its been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for manager "maria" to call me back if that is a true name that was given.

Next time I will review ratings before ordering from a company.
