Color very inaccurate

I ordered a color 2 and got a color 1 even tho the packaging showed color 2.
The hair was obviously a 1. I contacted customer service so I could return but till today they have not provided me with an address to return it to and they said a stocking will be charged even it's of no fault of mine. I'm highly disappointed.
