I did this treatment after bleaching & dyeing my hair, and before a flat iron. It made my hair feel soft after rinsing it out, but not much difference in feel after my hair was dry. However, after straightening my hair it felt like before I bleached it. I I have thick natural hair and from the looks of the container after using it I think I'll get quite a bit of treatments from this.
