DON'T BUT THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT....

i had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately it was a waste of money. I opened the package today, plugged it in and it came on but will not heat up. It only says off and doesn't get hot. I am absolutely upset that I wasted my money on this garbage. I hope I can get a replacement or a refund.
