Refund for #93337

Maybe I can reach your company this way. I have been calling and emailing for over 2 months. I placed a order on 4/18/22 order #93337 for Outre Mariella the wrong color when I got the package I notice it was the wrong I sealed it back never touched the eig package I when through your return policy emailed for instruction was replied back by one your employee by the name Paula never gave me my refund. I returned your product on the timely manner. I am due a refund please help. I have made several orders since then order #93742. 96034. 97680. 98198 and 94128. I gave this wig the Lianne 1 because it tangles the first time wearing it I brought 4 of them waste of money .
