Ordered Taurisa never received

I ordered her and was sent Taureena which is much shorter. I have tried to get the right unit but Hair to Beauty is not helping and won't get me what I paid for without spending more out of my pocket for return shipping and restock fees. So unfair as this is not my error, and I am not happy!!
