At first it started out a little messed up in bed because when I ordered my products a couple days later it said that my order was delivered and I hadn't received anything so whenever I try to contact them and let them know that nothing was delivered to me because I didn't receive anything they only returned my money for one item which was flatirons but the rest of the items were not refunded and I got a little worried because like I said I did not receive anything when it has said it was delivered so I was a bit confusing and upset and then a couple to a couple and a half weeks later I finally received the rest of the items from my order I was then filled with relief but the only thing that upsets me is the fact that it said it was delivered when it wasn't I just thank God that it did eventually come through tho and as far as the products go that I finally received I am a bit satisfied because it's exactly what I ordered to get longer than what they try to say but the fact of the matter is that it's here it just took a little more patience than what I was being
