    Disappointed in Return Policy

    The hair appeared really nice but I received the wrong color so I did not open the package. It is truly a hassle with returning an item. I just wanted to exchange for the correct color. To return cost half the cost of the purchase of the wig. So disappointed with the customer service. Still have not received my refund.
