Disappointed

I ordered 7packs of this crotchet. 6packs were fake and 1pk was the original hair. The hair was mixed. I wonder why they will send different type of hair to me. I Ordered this crotchet because I have used it before and I know what the hair looks like. Received something otherwise was so disappointing. I am sure you can see the difference from the picture
